Enterprise Technology Associates was founded in 2007 by two knowledgeable information technology professionals with experience designing and implementing networked systems for large corporations and leading tech companies in the Chicago region. They started ETA to bring the benefits of this technology and Cloud Computing to small business, so that every company has the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of IT infrastructure and reap its benefits.

Glenn has a proven track record in network operating systems and service infrastructure, desktop software and management, and network hardware infrastructure. His professional experience includes project management, network design, network analysis and management, network administration, network documentation, and Internet access.

He began his career developing, installing and maintaining database applications, LAN/WAN services and other secure networking services for companies such as AON. As an independent systems engineer he has helped design and deploy secure network infrastructure for a wide range of companies in the financial, medical, legal, manufacturing and municipal sectors, among others.

Mark has more than thirty years' technical experience encompassing virtually all areas of information technology. He is skilled at managing high level planning and sophisticated development projects, managing the day-to-day functions of a data center, preparing technology strategic plans, configuring telecommunications networks and systems, and negotiating with vendors.

After working for a wide range of companies with diverse needs from distribution and logistics systems (Baxter Healthcare) to large-scale networking (Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory), Mark began providing independent technical services to dozens of companies, municipalities and school districts in the Chicago area, and is certified in VMware VSP VTSP and as a Cisco Sales Expert, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Small Business Professional.
